Tour Itinerary:
Day 1 - Arrival Delhi.
On arrival and after meet & greet you will be transferred to hotel. Overnight in Delhi. |
Day 2 - Delhi - Agra
After breakfast proceed by surface for Agra (204 Kms/5h) on arrival transfer to the hotel. Later in the afternoon proceed for half-day tour of Agra city -a visit to the Agra Fort, built by Emperor Akbar in 1565. Inside are several palaces and the largest of pure marble mosques-the Moti Masjid, a magnificent citadel with exquisite marble palaces, ornate alcoves and terrace pavilions. Overnight at Agra. |
Day 3 - Agra-Jaipur
Early morning visit the Taj Mahal (Friday closed), the world’s greatest monuments and one of the Seven Wonders of the World. It commemorates the love of Emperor Shahjahan for his queen Mumtaz Mahal. It took 22 years to build and was completed in 1653. Return to hotel for breakfast and drive to Jaipur en-route visiting Fatehpur Sikri. (223km/5h30m). Fatehpur Sikri is a deserted city built by Emperor Akbar to commemorate the birth of his son. The audience halls, palaces and mosques are still in a state of perfection. Arrival at Jaipur and transfer to the hotel. Overnight at Jaipur. |
Day 4 - Jaipur
After breakfast morning excursion to Amber Fort -where you will ascend the hill on caparisoned elephants. Later half-day tour of the pink city of India, including the City Palace, which now houses a museum, the Observatory (17th century) with a sundial 90 ft high, Ram Niwas Palace gardens, and the Palace of Winds-“Hawa Mahal”. Overnight at Jaipur. |
Day 5 - Jaipur–Delhi
After breakfast drive back to Delhi by road (254Kms, 5Hrs 30 mins). On arrival check-in to your hotel. Afternoon proceed for half - day combined city tour of Old and New Delhi. See the Jamma Mosque, Shantivan, drive past India Gate and Raj Ghat, where the Father of the nation Mahatma Gandhi was cremated (1948) in Old Delhi. In New Delhi take a photo stop at Qutub Minar (72mts high), drive past the Red Fort, Embassy area, the Jantar Mantar, as astronomical observatory (1717), Connaught Place - the main Shopping centre in New Delhi. Overnight in Delhi. |
Day 6 - Delhi-Overseas
Morning in time transfer to the International airport to board your onward flight. |

After breakfast proceed by surface to Pushkar (135 kms / 3 hrs). On arrival check-in to hotel. Free time to explore Temples & Ghats at Pushkar. Late afternoon a Camel Cart ride to get an insight into the rural life of people in the semi -deserts of Rajasthan. Overnight at the hotel. |
Day 6 - Pushkar- Udaipur
After breakfast proceed to Ajmer for a visit to the Dargah Sharif, a place of holy significance to both Muslims and Hindus alike. Later resume journey to Udaipur (280 kms / 5 ½ hrs). On arrival check-in to hotel for Overnight. |
Day 7 - Udaipur
After breakfast half day city tour including City Palace, Jagdish Temple, Museum and Sahelion Ki Bari or ‘Garden of the Maids of Honour’. In the evening boat ride on Lake Pichola. Overnight in Udaipur. |
Day 8 - Udaipur-Delhi
In the afternoon, transfer to the airport to board your flight to Delhi. On arrival in Delhi meet, assist and transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Delhi. |
Day 9 - Overseas

Day 1 - Cochin
Arrive Cochin International airport. Meet, assist, and transfer to hotel. Evening witness Kathakali dance performance. Return to your hotel for overnight. Overnight in Cochin. |
Day 2 - Cochin
Morning after breakfast, proceed for a city tour of Cochin. Places of interest at Cochin are The Dutch Palace (1555; Fridays closed), Jewish Synagogue (1568; Saturdays closed), where scrolls of the Old Testament and copper plates inscribed in Hebrew script are preserved, St.Francis Church (1510), where Vasco da Gama was buried in 1524, Dutch Cemetery, the Chinese fishing nets at the entrance of Cochin Harbour and Willingdon Island - a manmade island from materials dredged while deepening Cochin port. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Cochin |
Day 3 - Cochin-Periyar
In the morning, check out of your hotel and drive to Thekkady (185Kms / 5hrs). Arrive Thekkady early afternoon and check into your hotel. Periyar sanctuary, the main attraction of Thekkady, is one of the best sanctuaries in India for watching and photographing elephants at close quarters. Overnight in Periyar. Afternoon go for a cruise in the lake. Animals in their natural surroundings can be viewed while cruising on the lake. Trekking, elephant ride, watchtowers etc. are the other main attractions. Later in the afternoon visit a tea plantation, factory and the local market. Overnight at Periyar. |
Day 4 - Periyar-Kumarakom
In the morning, leave Thekkady for Kumarakom (130Kms / 4hrs) by car. Arrive Kumarakom by noon and transfer to your hotel. In the evening, visit the bird sanctuary, which sprawls over an area of 14 acres and return to your hotel for an overnight stay. |
Day 5 - Kumarakom
Morning at leisure to enjoy the serene environs or go for some exotic Aurvedic therapies available at the hotel (direct payment basis). Late afternoon sunset cruise on the Vembanand Lake. Overnight at Kumarakom. |
Day 6 - Kumarakom-Kovalam
In the morning, leave Kumarakom for Kovalam (160Kms / 5hrs) by car. Arrive Kovalam and check into your hotel. Kovalam is India's most spectacular beach resort, just 16 km from Trivandrum. |
Day 7 - Kovalam
